New Toy!
I am soooo excited! I have been lusting after this machine for years now...and I finally bought it! It's called a Thermomix, and it is basically a kitchen miracle. It does all that a food processor does, plus cooks, sautees, steams, pulverizes, whips, weighs ingredients, kneads dough, has a timer....sheesh, I could go on and on...but I'll provide a link that can explain a little better what it is: http://www.vorwerk.com/thermomix/html/ So far, I've made sorbet, lasagna, lemonade, pizza dough and seafood stew. Did I say how much I love this thing? All those things were done in about 3 hours total time. See? It's a miracle. :)
