El Corte Inglés (Sort of like the Spanish version of Macy's or Nordstrom's) is having a European Food Fair going on right now...I bought all sorts of fun looking stuff, and stuff that I normally can't get here....Looky!

Ok, so now comes the part where I ask for your help....what the heck can I do with all this stuff? Moutarde au Cassis? I just had to buy that...I mean, have you ever seen pink mustard? What kind of wonderful can I create with that? There has to be some fabulous preparation just over the horizon, don't you think? I was particularly excited about the Kalamatas and the SunDried Tomatoes...*sigh* What a great shopping experience. :) I'd love your advice, input, ideas and thoughts for possible uses for some of these things. :)

Yum! Nothing like good food finds. I absolutely love sundried tomatoes and will throw them in pretty much anything under the sun. They pair especially well with goat cheese, but then, what doesn't go with goat cheese? :) You could also make a sundried tomato pesto!

Mmmm! Sundried tomato pesto! Useless fact about me: I once won a cooking contest with my recipe for sundried tomato and hazelnut pesto. lol :) I'm totally feeling the goat cheese idea...I'm thinking chevre spread on a little toast with sun dried tomatoes, black pepper and either parsley or basil....yummmmmm!
